central location quality foods free drink

The location is very central, i could walk to many attractions. The breakfast included a great selection of quality foods. I also received a free drink voucher for the bar (it was a nice touch).

The small fridge had little space for personal items.

FANTASTIC stay, i'd come again!

excellent location easy access high cleanliness

The hotel's location IS excellent. It is a short walk to the Astoria metro station so accessing major attractions is effortless with public transport. The airport express also stops nearby. I was SO happy. The hotel maintained a VERY high standard of cleanliness during my entire stay.

The family room reminded me of a converted storage area! One of the rooms LACKED a window, while the other had only a small one. This setup was manageable for a short stay though it would not be ideal for longer visits.

Breakfast offered good choices. I noticed coffee and juice were available for free 24 hours, a very convenient feature. A Groupon deal for a cocktail at the restaurant added extra value.

The hotel sits in a very central area. Public transport links are close. The proximity to key attractions made exploration straightforward. I liked that it was easy to walk around and reach transportation hubs.

The hotel provides slippers and extra blankets in the rooms. This is a thoughtful touch i appreciate. I saw free all-day snacks . A complimentary cocktail in the bar was a SUPER bonus.

Just Okay, Disappointed with the Service

inadequate service small room

The staff didnt speak Hungarian. This was odd since I was right there in Hungary and it made communication really difficult. The room was too small. There wasnt enough space for both of us to move comfortably, and I tripped over my luggage a couple of times. Plus, I found the towels wasnt replaced one day. So that was pretty annoying.
